SYNTHESIS STUDY OF NEW 2-SUBSTITUTED IMIDAZOLINES WITH POTENTIAL HYPOTENSIVE ACTIVITY
Abstract:
A theoretical study based on molecular mechanics and semi-empirical calculations of the condensation mechanism of methyl p-amidosulphonyl phenoxyacetate with ethylene diamine is reported. Synthesis of 17 new imidazolines derived from sulphonamidated phenoxyacetic acids is also described.
